Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations
Prior experience in a supervisory or senior housekeeping role preferred
Strong understanding of cleanliness standards, hygiene protocols, and room presentation
Ability to manage daily housekeeping schedules and staff coordination
Physically fit and comfortable with active, on-ground supervision
Basic communication skills in English or Hindi
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Team-oriented attitude with a sense of responsibility and accountability
Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred
Candidates with strong on-ground experience will be considered without formal education
