Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out
Handle guest queries and provide basic concierge support
Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
Manage reservations and basic administrative tasks
Maintain a professional and calm front desk environment
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered even without formal qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front desk or guest service roles
Experience in boutique or city hotels is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using basic computer systems and reservation software
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle guests calmly during busy hours
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will be finalized based on experience and interview performance
