Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, or guest services
Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Professional appearance with a guest-first attitude
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy hours
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with respect for service standards
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred
Candidates with strong guest-handling experience may be considered without formal education
1–3 years experience in concierge, front desk, or guest services
Prior experience in boutique or city hotels is a plus

Good local city knowledge (restaurants, attractions, transport)
Ability to handle guest requests professionally and discreetly
Comfortable coordinating bookings, transport, and local experiences

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
